For customers requesting PM Surya Ghar subsidy assistance or grid net metering, relevant technical specifications, electricity consumer numbers, and identity documents are shared directly with authorized government portals (MNRE and TANGEDCO) as required by statutory law.

Our public Digital Product Passport system discloses only equipment technical specifications, serial numbers, compliance certificates, and warranty status. Personal customer identity and private financial records are never disclosed on public QR lookup endpoints.
